Polyester wax print fabric is that the synthetic materials are dyed or printed after waxed on the no color parts. Polyester wax fabrics are done in high temperatures 120℃ around, therefore, the colorfastness is top level. Polyester is a synthetic fiber, and its basic component is polyethylene terephthalate. Polyester has good elasticity, which is close to that of wool. When it stretches by 5% to 6%, it can almost completely recover. Polyester wax fabric prints are widely used from shirts,pants, skirts, coats, jackets, head wraps and bedding, moreover,furniture, sofa covers, curtains, banners, etc.
The process of polyester wax print fabrics production ?
The different process for producing polyester wax fabric prints :Pres-processing: the fabric is desized, scoured and bleached at first before dyeing and printing. Following step is waxing which promise it can come out special pattern like ice line. Then, the fabric goes to be dyed or printed for designed pattern. Before stentering, it needs to steam to make colors brighter. The last step is the fabric goes to dewaxing with 95-100 degree centigrade water to be washed.
The advantage of polyester wax print fabrics?
Polyester fabrics is stiffness. The polyester colorfastness is the best, the prints colors never fade, even the fabrics are wore out.
1. The fabric is lithesome and the fiber is strong, so, the tearing strength is higher.Heat resistant polyester is made by melt spinning process.
2. The disperse dyes deliver the highest colorfastness and bright and saturated colors. It has good elasticity. Crease resistance more than other fibers, that is, the fabric does not crease, good dimensional stability. The elastic is 2or 3 times higher than nylon. Polyester fabric has high strength and elastic recovery ability, so it is firm, durable, wrinkle resistant and ironing free.
3.100% polyester wax print fabrics are the highest cost performance products. Good thermoplasticity is because of its smooth surface and tight molecular arrangement, polyester is one of the most heat-resistant synthetic fabrics.

How to distinguish the polyester materials?
1.Combustion method, draw a thread or a small part of fabrics and light it with a match. Polyester fabric quickly crimps and melts into a white gel when exposed to fire. It melts and drips and foams in the flame. There is no flame when it burns, and it has a celery smell. When it burns, it melts and emits black smoke, showing a yellow flame. The back ashes are dark brown lumps, which can be crushed with fingers.
2.The feel of polyester is smooth, light and bright.
3.Recovery method after fold is the third way. Polyester fabrics are more difficult to crease and restore flatness quickly.
4.Water method, putting one or two drops of water on the table and wipe it lightly with a cloth, polyester is difficult to absorb, water droplets on the tabletop will flow after wiping, making it difficult to wipe.

Polyester wax fabrics are done with 4 kinds of finishing: normal, pressing, embossing and golden. Normal and golden finishing hand feels of polyester wax prints fabrics are similar with cotton ones, golden prints are more bright and more selvedge. Normal hand feel of wax polyester fabrics are sued for daily clothes. Golden african polyester wax prints show nobleness of dresses.Pressing hand feeling is smooth, shiny and hard, which same with pressed cotton. It is more suitable for banners or stiff dressing, which makes dress more formal. Embossed fabrics in polyester makes the clothes more designs and fashion, which the hand feels are soft.
